The Rt Rev Frederick Patrick Clark DD (7 March 1908–16 December 1954) was an Anglican Bishop in the 20th century.

Clark was educated at Bishop's University[1] and ordained in 1933.[2] He was Curate at Church of Advent, Westmount and then St Peter, Regina. After this he held incumbencies at Pense and Vancouver. From 1945 to 1948 he was Dean of the Diocese of Kootenay and then its Bishop. He died in post on 16 December 1954 [3]. There is a memorial to him at St Andrew, Trail.[4]
